Return/Cancellation Refund Policy

North Country Armory is committed to our customers being absolutely satisfied with their purchase. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase please contact us immediately at Support@northcountryarmory.com or call us at 307-689-1992 or 406-390-8054 so we can resolve any issues or answer any questions or concerns you may have.
Definitions
Customer- Purchaser of product(s) from North Country Armory, LLC.
Custom Order/Specialty Item- Items that are custom ordered and not stocked in our warehouse under normal stocking practices
Damaged Product – A product that is damaged and no longer in “New sellable condition”
Opened Box- A product that is new and unused, but the original packaging is damaged and no longer usable
Original Packaging- The packaging that the product was originally provided by the manufacturer and shipped in
Seller – North Country Armory, LLC.
Shipping- Any freight moving or packaging/unpackaging of the product, done by seller or third parties, to transport, move, install, unpackage, assemble/disassemble product from North Country Armory, LLC. or manufacturer location to customers property.
Unopened condition- A product that is still in the original box and the box and packaging has not been removed or tampered with.
Product(s) Disclaimer: Often times paint color looks different on a computer or phone screen than it does on the actual product. It is not considered a mistake by North Country Armory LLC if you order a color and it doesn’t look the way you thought it would. Changes in manufacturer specification and tolerances shall not be considered fault of North Country Armory, LLC.
If an item arrives damaged, it is critical to be noted on the receiving paperwork from the shipper. We will work with the customer to resolve the issue as soon as possible. If the product you ordered is not what you expected, contact us within 30 days of receipt and we will gladly assist you through the process of an exchange or credit with North Country Armory, LLC.
If you would like a refund, we will accept your product(s) back following the Detailed Return Policy.
Detailed Return Policy
- Unopened/undamaged products in original packaging:
We will accept returns and issue refunds:
- Less full costs of shipping to the customer.
- Less 18% manufacturer restocking fee
- Promotional/free items must also be returned, or current advertised price of such will be deducted from refund
- Item must be in new, sellable condition with all components, parts and pieces
- Customer responsible for return shipping
- Opened Box (Not original Packaging)

If the item is damaged by the delivery company, please inspect the item fully and note all damage before signing the shipping document and contact us immediately. With proper documentation we will assist the customer in resolving the issue as soon as possible.
- Items that are damaged by customer are not eligible for return
- If the product has a manufacturer warranty against damage, please follow manufacturers procedure for repair/ replacement. We will assist you in this process
- Custom/ Special orders
- Custom special orders are not eligible for return
Shipping Refusals
In the event the customer refuses delivery of the item and it is not damaged, the customer will be responsible for shipping costs and restocking fees per the return policy.
Items Under 150 lbs.
Items in new, sellable condition will be accepted for returns within 30 days of purchase. Customer will be responsible for return shipping. Please contact us for a return authorization before sending item back.
Cancellations Refund Policy
In most cases cancellations are allowed. The order must be canceled within one business day of order and prior to shipping to avoid restocking fees and get 100% refund.
For any order that needs cancelled, please contact us immediately and fill out the Cancelation Form.
- If the order is canceled after one business day but before shipment, there will be a restocking fee of 10% of purchase price deducted from refund.
- If the order has already shipped, cancelation is not allowed. Please follow the return and refund procedure.
